Duties & Taxes
UK & EU Customers
We cover all duties and taxes — the price you see is the price you pay.
International Customers
Orders shipped outside the UK & EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect shipping details or failure to collect, the parcel will be returned to Gold Cartels.
Any associated costs will be deducted from your refund, including:

- Duties & taxes
Missing or Lost Items
If your order has not arrived, claims must be submitted within:
- Evri deliveries: within 10 days of order date
- Royal Mail deliveries: within 7 days of order date
- EU orders: within 14 days
Delivered but Not Received
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the courier.
For this reason, we strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.
