REFUND & RETURNS POLICY (ONLINE JEWELLERY SALES)
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order.
As we operate online only, all purchases are subject to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
RETURNS CONDITIONS (JEWELLERY)
Returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in a resaleable condition

Free from marks, scratches, dents, odours, or signs of wear

Returned in the original jewellery box and packaging
You may inspect items as you would in a physical shop.
However, jewellery that has been worn, altered, damaged, or shows signs of use beyond inspection may be refused or subject to a reduced refund, in line with your statutory rights.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty or not as described:

Custom or personalised orders

Earrings, once opened, for hygiene reasons
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Once approved, we will provide a Return Form.
Please complete the form and include it inside your return parcel with your order number and contact details.
Returns must be sent to the address provided on the returns form.
RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return postage for unwanted items

We strongly recommend using a tracked service

If a return is sent without tracking and is lost or delayed, we cannot be held responsible.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund reasonable return postage costs.
REFUNDS (WITHIN STATUTORY PERIOD)
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed:

Within 3 working days of receipt

To the original payment method
Where you cancel under your statutory right, we will refund the full price of the item(s).
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE STATUTORY CANCELLATION PERIOD
Return requests made after 14 days from delivery are accepted at our discretion.
Where approved:

Returns will be issued store credit only

Items must meet all return condition requirements

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
EXCHANGES
One exchange per order is permitted, subject to availability.
Exchanged items remain covered by your statutory rights.
If an exchanged item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
